Your drawing can be done in graphite pencil or pen & ink. Please consult with the artist for the best choice of medium. The price of the drawing depends on the size of the home. An extra fee is added for houses with complex architectural detail or landscaping.
The list below is meant only as a guide. An actual quote will be given when you consult with the artist. A $25 deposit is required before work can begin. All artwork is available for pick-up or shipping (charges will apply).
